Psychology-Driven Executive Leadership

Chris has over 30 years of experience as a psychologist in business organisations. Prior to moving to Australia, Chris held the role of consulting psychologist in a major global beverage company, providing psychological services across more than 15 countries. Since moving to Australia, Chris found his niche as a Deloitte Partner, establishing and running the Partner Leadership Development team for over 10 years. During this time, he worked with the CEO in developing the leadership capability that moved the company from the number 4 to the number 2 professional services firm.

On retiring as a Partner in mid- 2018, he established his own firm providing the services outlined above. During this period, he has provided services to organisations that include the following: Aurecon Group (Australia, New Zealand and Asia), HCF, Invocare, Deloitte Australia/ PNG, EMECO Group, Ashurst, CHM Group (PNG), Veris, Seeing Machines, and CountPlus Limited.

Chris works with senior leaders both in an advisory capacity as well as engaging in the assessment and leadership development work itself. Chris has extensive experience working with a diverse range of senior executives both in Australia and overseas in identifying talented executives, assisting them to make the impact in their roles that meets their potential, as well as assisting CEOs to provide effective executive succession for their organisation. He also provides Boards and Executive Teams reviews on their effectiveness in working together/ teaming, with suggested developmental guidance and support as required.
